The Passion just shipped from Netflix.
I'm kinda looking forward to seing it.
Drusilla ,'Conversations with Dead People'
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

Even the worst episode of Angel is miles better than this.
Notice the common denominator though?
Bai Ling...
I saw Cursed this afternoon. Despite some goofy moments (the wolfed-out golden retriever, the completely assholish wrestler who instantly turned into Helpful Sensitive Guy when he came out) it was pretty clever and entertaining. Weirdly, Joshua Jackson looked like he was caught in the midst of a transformation into Wes Bentley, and the look was workin' for him. Rowwrrr.
What did you think of her crazy eye makeup?
From now on, really crazy eye makeup is going to be called "doing a Bai Ling".
Anyone want to do a Mejia?
I am tempted, but I value my time spent doing less painful things.
I was joking, you know....
Yeah, but I was curious to see if I could find any patterns. After doing a quick test of the feasibility - the A's up through "Attack of the [various and sundry scary things]," about 150 title screens, I decided it would truly be impossible. And, also, no noticeable pattern. Gotta wonder if there's a big user-submitted website out there with title screens of films, of if he actually got ahold of the, apparently, 3000+ movies in there and captured them himself.
So bummed that I missed Vulgarthon 2005 in LA yesterday. The entire main cast from Chasing Amy showed up for a Q & A session. *pout*
Did any Buffistas happen to go?
Information that would have been helpful YESTERDAY!
Hee. Sorry, Sean. But hardly my fault when it's been sold-out for quite a while.
Huh, Murmur Farm -- it says that they are featured in the opening scene of XXX: State of the Union.
Wonder if they blow it up?
