No, it's shiny! I like to meet new people. They've all got stories...

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Know what WE watched last night?????

The Natural? No? Uh...something with showtunes (if Aimee picked) or something based on a comic book (if MM picked)?

"My drink preference does not indicate my sexual preference. "

Cartoons, spandex, families, troubles, decent villains, Pixar?

I envy you.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

he and Drew Barrymore were allowed out onto the field after the win (whereas, actual fans were held in the stands behind 3rd base).

How exactly did they get them back out past the actual fans alive? (Perhaps I'm jumping the gun in assuming they did, and will be pleasantly surprised?)

Always Anti-fascist!

I thought "Finding Neverland" was FG. And yeah, Malamud's "Natural" not so gee-whiz.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I really liked Boys From Brazil, myself. I think it translates to celluloid pretty well, but I'm culturally biased.

This is a soccer movie? The only Boys From Brazil I remember involved a plot to clone Hitler and had Gregory Peck (entertainingly) miscast as Dr. Mengale.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.
