It's actually been a really hard year, when you stop and do the math. Eliot would cry, too, if it didn't take him seventy minutes of therapy, two cocktails, and a Sondheim medley before he can experience a human emotion through the haze of his PTSD.
I just posted on FB that I might have to use Slayer moves today at Trader Joe's (because it's insane to go there the Saturday before Thanksgiving).

I needed to kill time between appointments, and TJs was right between the two, so I went around 1:00 today, and bought a cinnamon broom. It was shockingly empty though-- I have seen more people there on normal Sunday mornings.
