I'm amused it took him until S7 to wonder that, although I know he's said in past reviews that he's not a shipper, so if he doesn't watch through that lens, it does make sense.
Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
There are none so blind as they who will not see.
Elsewhere I saw a link to this comedian's spec Buffy script: [link] I'm assuming it didn't get him a job writing anywhere, given his IMDB entry, but it was interesting. I've read more Buffy scripts than of any other show, so they're easiest for me to read, by far. I can hear or not hear the characters pretty clearly.
Wow, there's a bit of not-hear in that script. And also Anya's not going to talk like that on actual TV.
Specs can be a little edgier than filmed scripts, ita. Because their main point is to get attention. Not that that script works anyway, except for Xander.
If your point is to look like you can get the voice of a show and write within someone else's framework...nah. Why bother?
Yeah, I know...you're supposed to be fresh, but not that different...it's a tough line to walk.
Sarah Michelle Gellar gave birth to a baby boy this week! link
Awww, good for her.
She's 35! She's going to be forty soon. That's whacky. I bet she gets good TV roles in her forties, though. She'll grow into it well.
If she doesn't wind up looking like Ann Coulter.(of course, she's probably way less grossed out about that resemblance)
If she doesn't wind up looking like Ann Coulter.
I know she prefers being brunette, though actresses tend to go blonder as they get older.
