Charlie Jane said that there haven't been any icons created in the last 20 years other than Harry Potter, and she specifically said "No, not Buffy." I know I'm madly biased, but hello! Harry might be bigger, but that doesn't un-icon Buffy.
I get Tavi mixed up with Rebecca Lizard, so I was confused for a minute (Yes I know that Rebecca Lizard is probably in her 20s by now).

The thankfully abandoned Jossless movie remake also stirred up a fair amount of nostalgia, I'm thinking.
I thought that movie was bogged down but still in development. It's dead dead?
I was under the impression it had been shelved after the studio rejected the script, but I suppose it could always be tried again if someone thinks there's money to be made.
Maybe we should do a kickstarter thing to pay them NOT to make the movie?
I was watching the Doctor Who with the creepiest monsters of all time that you forget you've seen as soon as you stop looking at them and I suddenly remembered, "you mean Ben is Glory?"
