Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

What is even happening?

JohnSweden: What concerns me is that Narrator was here, less than nine minutes before Xander. In a Speedo. Wet. was invoked, and yet, she didn't comment.

She's either been murdered, kidnapped, lost her internet connection, or is on the way to Milan... Ohio. Anyway we slice it, this can't be good.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I think Celeste in the City cured me of ever *THUD*-ing over Xander again.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Sometimes predictable is fun.

*THUD*

That's better. No more improvisation from here on in, okay. Someone tried to call me wrong the other day (about something else, entirely, you), and I felt like I was cheating on you, Narrator.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

I just finished reading the last Buffy thread, where people were listing the lines that always manage to make them cry, and I wanted to share mine.

Three points in "The Prom": (1) the breakup in the sewer, specifically when Buffy says "I want my life to be with you," and Angel replies "I don't," (2) "I can't breathe," and (3) "Is....Buffy Summers here?"

Anya's fruit punch speech.

The end of "Becoming II," after Angel has been sucked into the Really Bad CGI Vortex O' Hell, and Buffy is a millimeter away from just losing it, but then pulls herself together and walks away. (Of course, the music helps with the weepies, too.)

The end of "Forever."
