Robert Pattinson, beware: The CW is planning to air a vampire series of its own. The new pilot is titled 'Vampire Diaries,' and is about a woman who can't decide between vampire brothers, according to Variety. 'Diaries' will be co-written by Kevin Williamson of 'Dawson's Creek' fame.
Well, I suppose if nothing else it's appropriate for this sort of show to suck, given the subject matter...
And I know that I will at least watch the pilot. I also know that it will be crap, but the question is- will it be craptastic?
The short synopsis is giving me flashbacks to a spectacularly bad long form Buffy fanfic I read about a decade ago.
and I wonder -- do they mean brothers who were vamped, or like "sire-brothers"
I know that I will be watching the pilot. Just in case.
We can only hope for craptastic.
I've seen some Dollhouse, I actually quite like it. It's a fun show. I mean, it's a fun human trafficking show, but still. It's creepy as fuck, but so was The Inside, and I loved me some The Inside.
Oh, and don't forget JM on Numb3rs tonight.
If Dollhouse were a person, it would be Ben Stein in that it is both horrifically offensive and mind-numbingly boring all at the same time. It's a major feat in that way.
