Well, Betsy, I suppose I could get behind that, if you subscribe to the Ron is Dumbledore theory. Otherwise, we get into weird power dynamics...and I shouldn't parse the example too far, should I?
'Time Bomb'
Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
I've seen it around before - now I know. Thanks!
Yeah, Teppy.
Heh. While I *love* Elphaba's delivery of "blonde!", my tagline makes me giggle even more. Plus, it's pretty applicable to me, I think.
Oh, it's a very good line. And the other is not so recognizable.
I'm disagreeing with you, Perkins. I can't see Gunn becoming a contractor for Wes. It was Angel who brought Gunn into the broader city/fight. All the major events in Gunn's life during the series were precipitated by Angel, IMO. Brain not coming up with them at the moment, though, apart from the W&H deal
This brings us back to the important to/for question. And, well, I think that Wes was more important *to* Gunn, but Angel was more important *for* Gunn.
Emotionally, there's a connection with Wes that's just not there with Angel.
Anyhow, I think this was answered by which one Gunn peed on.
I'ma sit by Plei.
I'm not quite in the OTP camp, but, yeah, I totally see it.
I agree with Plei. Angel may have had more impact on Gunn's life, but I think Gunn cared more for Wes.
(If this was too easy/dull, I have other deep thought questions we can try.)
by which one Gunn peed on
True, Angel's chair is not Angel himself.
I keep forgetting I have the DVDs for S5 now and I can watch these amusing bits if I want to.
Oz would be best in Veronica Mars' high school. Or Cordelia - she'd fit in great with the '09ers, but Veronica would tear her a new one if she got on her bad side. Actually, verbal warfare between those two is something I would pay to watch. Pay a lot.
Giles would rock the Lost Island. 'Bout time those fools got a leader who didn't inspire me to yawn every time he started talking.
