I'm not nuts about the art, but I like the way they've used the characters to symbolize the particular cards they're on.
Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
I want!
Ha! I thought that Willow would be the High Priestess.
That's a good one.
I can't decide if I want this or not. I should probably wait until I can see the whole deck to decide.
I would like to see what they're doing with the minor arcana. I think that they could have alot of fun with them.
Oh, yes, that's probably what'll sway me.
I'm curious to see it. It will have to hit me in the "gimme!" button* for me to invest, though. Still, curious.
*you know, the irresistible impulse to musthaveitnownownow, as opposed to "I really like that and will save my lunch money to get it at a time when my bills are paid and there are sufficient groceries in the house."

BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER’S TAROT
On sale Aug 13
78-card deck, instruction pamphlet, 64-page softcover book, in reclosable box with magnetic closure
$14.99
Lost hundreds of years ago, the Slayer’s tarot is an important artifact from Slayer history that came into existence after a group of women shared a vision of a rogue Slayer who would love a vampire and who would be aided in her fight against evil by a group of mystical allies. The heretical prophecy led to the suppression of the deck by the Watcher’s Council.
Written and conceived by Rachel Pollack, author of twelve books on the tarot, including the renowned 78 Degrees of Wisdom, she teams with long-time Buffy artist Paul Lee to create this one-of-a-kind tarot card set.
$14.99 seems extremely reasonable.
Sun
Wheel of Fortune
Tower
The Fool (interesting choice.)
OK, for that price I will almost definitely get one. I like the backstory.
Heck, yeah, that's reasonable. And I like the cards I'm seeing. It won't be my default deck, but it will still be fun to use when I'm in the mood.
