I don't get who the magician is supposed to be! or who is dead in the Death card.
Buffy tarot is a cool idea, though.

I thought that the magician was Tara. Of course, I don't know anything about tarot except that Death != death, so I probably shouldn't take that literally.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.
I think they are trying to be true to the interpretive nature of Tarot instead of just the characters of the show. That is why Buffy is the magician instead of a literal witch like Tara or Willow.

I wonder if The Tower will be literal (Glory's tower from "The Gift"), symbolic (Willow resurrecting Buffy from the dead), or something more meta (Buffy giving a speech to a yardful of potentials, or a director's chair and megaphone from the set of Firefly)...
