Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

Willow was really upset because she felt like Buffy didn't trust HER, not the running away specifically

I'd have to watch again, but I never got that impression. All I remember Willow harping on was that Buffy wasn't there to listen to her and that's what stuck in my mind. She wasn't worried about being a good friend to Buffy, she wanted Buffy to treat her as she thought a friend should be treated. Of course, this is high school we're talking about and I think smaller things tend to cut deeper. I just feel that Willow wanted Buffy to be her friend on Willow's schedule regardless of what Buffy felt she needed for herself.

Dropping into the discussion to let anyone who might care know: Nicholas will be on tonight's episode of Criminal Minds. And nekkid at some point in it, to boot.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Tony Head's 'Merlin' has been picked up by NBC for US airing.

Punishingly Intricate

My friend just finished Buffy Season 5 last night. Her questions are hilarious!!!

How can Buffy be dead, she's on the cover of season 6? Did they bury the Robot instead? Is she a vampire? Does she come back from a Hell dimension like Angel? Does the connection between Dawn and Buffy cause Dawn to morph into Buffy in a similar way as Ben/Glory? Why can't Buffy fall in love with Spike (he's so cute)? How did they make Joyce look so young in that Willow-in-Buffy's-mind scene? Can they do that for me?

I look more rad than Lutheranism

The Boy and I watched "Wild at Heart" last night, and I think he's kind of traumatized by Oz leaving. As he should be.

(The scene where Oz pulls Veruca into the cage? Still one of the hottest scenes EVAR. [Even if Veruca is a skanky she-wolf ho.])

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Even if Veruca is a skanky she-wolf ho

Don't mean BOBBLE-HEAD skanky she-wolf ho?

I can't see Veruca without thinking of the Single White Female role she played on 90210 (being Kelly Taylor).
