ASH has been cast in a new show, Merlin, on BBC. Here's the link. You have to scroll down a bit. I hope we get it on BBCA.
Spike ,'Sleeper'
Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
It would be cool if we got Desperados too - then we could see his daughter.
I'm excited. Although that site is craptastic.
Dollhouse: Spoilertv has the actual character descriptions being used to cast actors.
The Bai Ling link didn't work for me, but i found one that did: [link]
Oh man. Ever since The Mists of Avalon (both print and, god help me, screen), I've had an unwholesome, squiggy thing for Uther P. To have that character played by ASH? Total joy.

does this mean "Ripper" isn't happening?
I don't think so. Ripper's still in development as a TV movie. He can still do it if he's committed to a series.
Well, it's not happening regardless at the minute due to Dollhouse I'd imagine. I know JW went and had a meeting with the Beeb a few months ago during the strike.
The Return of the WB - but online only.
ETA: I linked to the Hollywood Reporter article which makes it seem less likely that Buffy and Angel would be among the programs streaming at the site but the TV Guide piece was confusing on it but on second read said pretty much the same thing:
The WB, which merged with UPN in 2006 to become the bastion of twentysomething programming that is The CW, aired a string of fan-favorite shows in its 10-year existence, including Dawson's Creek, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. It's not clear yet whether non-Warner Bros. shows will be available on the site, but new Web-minisodes are reportedly in the works, with series aimed at The WB's core audience.
