Watching Dead Man's Party now.
Sorry didn't announce before -- VM too intense.
Xander ,'Get It Done'
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.
Watching Dead Man's Party now.
Sorry didn't announce before -- VM too intense.
Faith, Hope and Trick in 25 minutes or so?
I will try and throw it in and watch along, sumi, since I'm here tonight.
Awww, first day of school. And Seniors can leave campus for lunch.
Delicious - vampire drive-through.
I love the Giles trying to get Buffy to talk about what happened aspects of this episode. Just the way it plays out -- and you don't realize what he's doing until the end. (Or well, I didn't.)
I love that bit!
(Okay, as I side note, I do not, I just discovered, have an actual DVD decoder on this comuter (second parathentical -- to do WnP, I'd have to use the computer), so I have to buy one and install it, which will take to long to participate in the WnP tonight, but I'll try to get my dookie together by next week, and I will sit here and WnP with the episode in my head -- I think I still remember the ep well enough.)
One of my favorite ME lines -- "I love Marmaduke. No one can tell that dog what to do."
Oh, particularly because it was said by the Mayor. This is the first episode where we see the Mayor, right?
I think it is the first episode we see the mayor, but the line is spoken by Mr. Trick.
In fact, I thought it was part of his dialog in the limo, waiting for drive-thru, but my memory may be failing me.
Okay. . . I was not paying attention. (I think I need to turn up the sound -- it's noisier here with the windows open.)
And Giles gets TWO storylines: he's doing the drawing Buffy out thing AND he's all jealous about the Watcher's Retreat that he wasn't even invited to.
