Played with Kaylee. Sun came out, and I walked on my feet and heard with my ears. I ate the bits, the bits stayed down, and I work. I function like I'm a girl. I hate it because I know it'll go away. The sun goes dark and chaos has come again. Bits. Fluids. What am I?!

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Kinda sorta? She was completely 'round the bend, which is what I loved best.

Because books.

Kinda sorta? She was completely 'round the bend, which is what I loved best.

Oh yeah. She was the crazy Victorian version of the little girl in the White Room. I adored Dru.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Sean's gonna hate me. Why?

I HATED Drusilla. She annoyed the ever-loving crap out of me.

Please. You'll have to try a lot harder than that.

It might have been the actress.

NOOOO!!!! Juliet's a sweetheart, and plenty talented.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Yeah, Dru bugged the crap out of me too. I think it was mostly the awful accent. I found her to be more entertaining in subsequent guest appearances, like Crush ("Boo Boo?") and with Spike in Italy.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I HATED Drusilla. She annoyed the ever-loving crap out of me. If I could have, I would have made a stake with Miss Edith's head on it and Mr. Pointey'd her.

I don't understand these words in this order.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

One of my favorite quotes came up today, and I felt the need to repost it --

Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.
'Inside Out'

It's the brunch part that really gets me. I don't know why.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

That's one of my favorites too, Vortex.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I was just thinking "Gunn using the word brunch. Huh."

Me too. Doesn't do much for his street cred, does it?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

that's what I love about it. Clearly, he's thinking most dangerous (dukin' out with the Legion of Doom) to least dangerous (crossing the street deciding where to have brunch). I love that the most innocuous thing he could come up with was brunch.
