Stop means no. And no means no. So . . . stop.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

What is even happening?

That dimension has both hours of Becoming. I expect it has EVERYTHING. It might be heaven.

If you go by that whole December 25th thing Jesus was a Capricorn. And it so does not suck being an aquarius.

Since He was supposedly born again on April 8, wouldn't he have switched to Aries around 33 A.D.?

He wasn't born, again. That's our job. He rose. It's a whole 'nother vibe.

There are people who spend a great deal of time trying to figure out/arguing when he would have been born, based on astronomical events, and the habits of shepherds in first century Bethlehem.

Eh, rising from the dead has been regarded as a spiritual rebirth by various cultures since the legends of Gilgamesh and Enkidu, even if Christianity has a different specific use for the "born again" phrase. I think one would definitely expect to see some alterations to one's horoscope after undergoing that much of a life-changing event.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Yup. My FAC placed him round about September, which would make him a Virgo.

Hey. New board.

Man, The Prom and Graduation Day is one amazing run of 3 episodes. I love the later seasons, but the symbolic power of the high school ending is so... symbolic and powerful, I guess. Not feeling very eloquent.

Fire bad. Tree Pretty.

And we're done.

brillig

I just saw the Smallville ep where they had their last day of high school, and I kept saying, "Blow it up!"

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I spent Saturday evening and all of yesterday re-watching Season 6 of Buffy. We only skipped 2 eps - Wrecked and Doublemeat Palace. (Even though I think Doublemeat is a funny ep. Joe hates it.)

It was my first re-watch since it originally aired and I'd forgotten just how much I love it. I know I'm in the minority on that, but what can I say? It's my favorite season. The heart wants what it wants.

I think season 6 was a good one. It wasn't without its problems, but none of them were without their problems. It also improved for me on rewatch, and without the big gaps in times between episodes.
