As I recall, it was not an unaired pilot so much as a short (20 minutes, I think) designed to show to advertisers, reviewers, etc. to explain the show.

I was confusing the short and Corrupt (see Daniel's link) in my head.
And yes, P-C. I found it after watching the promo from Joss' episode of The Office. (Apropos of nothing, I am always tickled that I love most of what Joss loves on TV.)

Although I've never seen it, a friend and Disney aficionado told me there's an old cartoon short from the pre-Cold War era that featured vampires doing some markedly similar dance moves to music.
