Pretty cool except for the part where I was really terrified and now my knees are all dizzy.

Willow ,'Never Leave Me'

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Our Buffywatching brains were eaten alive last week by a combination of craxy family stress, Thanksgiving prep, and the fact that 7:00 p.m. is now Matilda's arsenic hour. She's (sorta) quiet right now, though, and Hec is heading home, and when I checked with him about whether he wanted to tackle Prophecy Girl tonight he was totally HELLS YEAH Guy.

Not sure how far we'll get before being interrupted by baby grievances, but we will absolutely make the attempt.

Hey guys. Sorry I've been gone so long; Ivalice has really lousy network connections. So, "Prophecy Girl" tonight?

I rewatched "Pangs" and OMWF over Thanksgiving, and noticed a couple things. In "Pangs" there's the scene when Xander is down the hole and looking around, and it struck me as having a very S2 or even S1 feel to it; with the dark and the silent and the creepy. Or maybe it was just an effect of rewatching S1 myself.

For the musical, I had the weird image in my head of Amber-as-Spike singing "Rest in Peace" to Willow/Buffy and James-as-Wicca-guy singing "Under Your Spell." Not sure where that came from.

Poor Xander. Poor Willow. Nice use of slo-mo, though.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Poor Xander. Poor Willow. Nice use of slo-mo, though.

Fakeout with double-heartbreak opening. Very jossy.

By Prophecy Girl SMG's face had already lost all the babyfat she had in Welcome to the Hellmouth. It's her S2-S3 face.

Art Crawl!!!

I can't remember -- was it an earthquake that trapped the Master in the first place?
