My poor mom got the worst intro for a newbie ever because we started watching in real-time with "Normal Again". She actually turned to me and said "Ok, what the hell was that?"
Ha! That may actually top "Superstar" as worst intro ep evah!
Giles ,'Get It Done'
Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

wrod.
I quite like "Normal Again." I was probably the only one pushing for the finale to end with her waking up in the mental hospital again.
The outcry would have been awesome.
(P.S. I wouldn't actually have liked that.)
Gris, if they were going to have a there-is-no-victory sort of post-modern ending, it would have had to be a shot of Spike dancing with Dru on Buffy's grave.
(and I wouldn't like that ^ either)
I'm excited. One of my friends and I have been talking about making some time to spend together. She has a husband and a son health issues, so the usual drink or dinner out is hard for her. We made some time last night, I brought pizza over and we hung out. Then she said "you know, i've never seen buffy. what say you bring the DVDs over and we watch them?" SO EXCITED. A new buffista.
I'm so jealous of your friend, Vortex. She gets it all brand new and shiny and fresh, with you as her sherpa--a sherpa who cries at all the right moments.
eta...
I sure hope 'sherpa' is the word I'm thinking of.

Me too. One of my favorites of the season. And of the series, probably, though maybe not in the top ten. I just thought all the metaphorical psychobabble was so cleverly done that they really gave you the horrifying idea that it could be true. Not for the show itself, but just in general.
Aw. Seth Green is on Sesame Street this morning as the Letter of the Month Club rep. So adorable.

Heh, I think the Muppets are one of the few things he hasn't done extremely rude things to on ROBOT CHICKEN.
I believe he also appears in the new Weird Al video "White and Nerdy".

You're forgetting "Behind the Music: Electric Mayhem."

You are correct, Strega. I thought I'd discovered Seth's sacred cow. Kinda glad there might not be one.
