Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Buffy and Angel 1: BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

Is it better the second time around? Or the third? Or tenth? This is the place to come when you have a burning desire to talk about an old episode that was just re-run.

Found at Scifi Wire:

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

She should write for Eureka.

It's an NBC Universal production, so I'm going to dream...Greenwalt advising, Espenson writing...whee!

Great to see him getting prominent work. But isn't he vast overkill in terms of the stunt-doubling talent required for Superman? I mean, any fight would theoretically consist of dude standing there bored until he gets tired of bullets bouncing off him and knocks his opponents out by tapping them.

Matt, there's been a lot of speculation about the movie, that they were going to tweak the myth, make him less powerful, etc.

Well, he's got to leap over tall buildings, catch bullets in his hands, fly -- do you really think that Brendan Routh can do that?

THAT'S where the stuntie comes in.

ION, Julie Benz is guesting on a popular CBS tv show tonight.

Hmm. I still don't see him being any great shakes at fighting technique, which I think of as Mike's forté more than just jumping off ledges and getting hoisted by wires. Now if we were talking Christian Bale's stunt double in the next Batman movie I could definitely see the need...
