Every dancer I have known (and I used to be one, so I knew lots of them) can lift another dancer above their heads. It is their job to look willowish if the role calls for it.

To me, a dancer has wonderful, confident posture. Can move in any direction at any moment with ease. Is aware of who and what is around them.

Most people who excercise a lot don't have much body fat. Boobs tend to dissapear as does the beer belly. There is one male dancer with the SF ballet company who starts every season with a beer belly. Couple of weeks into the season and it is gone.

When I met ita I was sure she had dancer's training.

Don't know if we make people nervous, but we do occassionally get second looks. Not often, though.

just wanted to say that The Prom was on this morning. I didn't cry as much at the Class Protector speech, but I think it's because I was in the shower for "I can't breathe", so I wasn't properly primed.

Psh, Vortex. You might as well have watched Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered, if you didn't catch the I can't breathe scene.
