A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I liked SGA, but I would have sworn, from watching, that it had been directed by one of the actors, what with the pulling out the big bag of visual tricks. And, apparently, we're wearing black now. ok.

The character self-knowledge conversations were great. Not that that's news, but it needs saying again.

I don't understand why Sheppard's wearing a black leather jacket as part of his BDUs, though. That's kinda odd.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I'm sure the slashers would have him wearing it because Rodney gave it to him..

I definitely think how the cast would look in promo pictures was the primary motivation for all the wardrobe changes.

Art Crawl!!!

There was a BSG promo posted over at lj that I saw linked from at TWOP.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I loved the visuals of SGA. Not as sure about the story--it was okay. But the effect tricks were happymaking, and Jason knocked his shit out of the park.

I did think very strongly of War Stories during the final fight, with Sheppard hanging back on the kill.

Not sure why blasting the baddie would bring down the wraith wrath where breaking his neck wouldn't.

4400: I was so excited when I saw JAR in the guest credits. Sad now that he's not going to be back.

All this time, I thought Hunter was a bitch. Turns out she was just hungry.

Okay, y'all. A friend is interviewing Jamie Bamber on Monday, and needs to submit questions. What do we want to know?

Brenda, how about your friend asking if Jamie would like to guest on Doctor Who?

Actually, she played Hero from Much Ado About Nothing, and a Hero-with-a-backbone at that! I cheered for her at the end (well, the end before the epilogue).
