I want to torture you. I used to love it, and it's been a long time. I mean, the last time I tortured someone, they didn't even have chainsaws.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Excellent! As long as the creepy is intentional, I'm all for it.

I didn't realize *that* Colin was "your" Colin, ita. That's a strange feeling: the imaginary people in my Internet know the imaginary people in my tv. It's like a fandom crossover, where you can't quite imagine how the characters will look standing next to each other, and the lighting effects are all different.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wait! I didn't mean Sarah. That's what I get for posting while on the phone. I meant Susan. D'oh. No brain. They know Susan is creepy.

I hope I mean Susan.

Zenkitty, it's a strange feeling for me too. But more than any other time, the guy onscreen doesn't make me think of Colin most of the time--perhaps because he's so relaxed in what he's doing, doing stuff that plays to his strengths. He's been able to make me forget it's him...in 5 minute snatches in a smoky comedy bar with people chatting all over--because he was doing his thing. He's doing it again, and I'm so happy for him that I could bust.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Wait! I didn't mean Sarah. That's what I get for posting while on the phone. I meant Susan. D'oh. No brain. They know Susan is creepy.

I hope I mean Susan.

I was wondering about that. Susan made more sense.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

How do you know Colin, ita?

ita, I knew you meant Susan! Not that SARAH isn't creepy too.

Is it okay that I think Colin is really hot? And somehow he's hotter now that I know he's a really cool person in RL - he has dimensions now; he's not just an imaginary guy in my tv anymore. (Which opens the possibility that I could actually meet a guy like that in my meatspace. There must be others!)

He auditioned for the McGill improv troupe I was kinda in charge of in...1990?

Fuck, we're old.

I needed someone to describe the colour of the Grinch to me for something I was painting. He was the guy, and we've been friends since then.

That sort of thing used to weird me out, but now I think it's kinda cool.

Geeziz. According to imdb, Colin's 9 years younger than me. You're not old, ita. I am.

Thanks.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I needed someone to describe the colour of the Grinch to me for something I was painting.

"Green" wasn't enough?

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

"Green" wasn't enough?

Grinch green is a couple shades lighter than Kermit the Frog, and with a splash more yellow.

And I know I'm not the only here earwormed with "It's Not Easy Being Green".
