Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

How many people have the Sanford and Son theme song running through their heads now?

As performed by J.D. and Turk?

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

As performed by J.D. and Turk?

Yup, that did it.

Sanford and Son was a classic series! "Fred Sanford. 'S-A-N-F-O-R-D-period.'" IIRC, it was the first one to feature a majority black cast.

ETA: Fay, wasn't it "Steptoe and Son"?

Art Crawl!!!

Wasn't Chico and the Man ALSO an adaptation of Steptoe and Son?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I am sad that I cannot replicate the wah wah guitar sound in words.

Definitely one of the more memorable TV theme songs, up there in the instrumental category with Peter Gunn, Hill Street Blues, and Taxi, IMO.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I sometimes see old jalopy pickups and my mind plays The S&S theme.
