Wesley: I stabbed you. I should apologize for that. But I'm honestly not sure how. I think it'll just be awkward. Gunn: Good call. Wesley: Okay.

If I only had a brain...

SET HSQ TO KILL!!

eee eee eee ::dances around in circles about current downloaded Doctor Who::

The BBC spoiled that Billie Tyler was leaving -- it was on the covers of U.K. magazines and officially announced by the Beeb. I've been spoiled (and cranky about it) for weeks.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

It is so freaky to watch Jason X in this day and age and watch Tony Todd, Chuck the Gate Technician from SGA, and the Sorbo-less cast of Andromeda fighting to escape with their lives.

Man, so much hatred would have been saved by casting Chuck Campbell as Harper.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Chuck the Gate Technician

Er? Walter? "The Chevron guy"?

Oh, wait. The gate tech on Atlantis, the guy sitting in Grodin's chair-- don't people call him Chuck?

Yeah. He's never actually been named on the show, but scripts refer to him by the actor's name. And the cast sometimes call him "the Chucknician."

Fiona, what did the BBC spoil and not spoil for this episode because I've managed to avoid the spoilers!

P-C, the trailer gave the whole Cyberman stuff away, but managed to keep the Daleks secret, more or less (for the exceptionally eagle-eyed there was a Dalek-style zapping, but it was blink-and-you-miss-it). The return of Mikey was a complete surprise, and beautifully done. An improvement after last year, where they gave all the Dalek stuff away in advance and ruined the reveal.

The BBC have been completely open about the fact that Billie is leaving, and in fact they're playing on it with all the "the last story I'll ever tell" stuff - but I think it's a red herring, she'll live but the Doctor will leave her behind .

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Fiona, I watch the trailers, so I knew about the Cybermen. But OMG DALEKS! I almost feel manipulated because they KNOW everyone loves Daleks so all they have to do is bring back Daleks and everyone will be happy. How often have they shown up in the past? I mean, they pulled OMG DALEKS out at the end of the penultimate episode last season, too!! Also, since I watched all of the first series after it had aired, I missed all the spoilers (except for the one about Christopher Eccleston leaving), so that was good.

Stupid BBC! I had always thought I'd heard that Billie Piper had signed for a third season, but I guess I was wrong. I think your interpretation of how it will end is likely.

Art Crawl!!!

Sigh

I can't wait til we get to see that season.

Assuming we do.

In more cheerful news: BSG Season 2, volume 2 is ready for pre-order!

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I was holding out in hopes of a full season 2 set rather than getting it in two halves -- any word (or any rumors) on whether they're planning any such thing?

Art Crawl!!!

If there was word early on -- I've forgotten it.
