Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Farg! Dr Who 27x4 is a "to be continued..."

Heh. Just like the old days, actually...

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Actually, SG has a Martin--the dorky conspiracy theorist-cum-alien who made his first appearance in the fourth season ep, "Point of No Return", and wrote the spec script that became "Wormhole X-treme!". Doesn't quite fit in with the Martin in WaT though, image-wise. (But neither does Teal'c.)

OK, and also in the second movie last night, the one w/ Dr. Samantha Carter, there was a - I kid you not - Mr. Teal. Puh-lease.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Oy...what a...coincidence.

Green half-nekkid women on Enterprise this week. Heh.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Damn it. Want to watch Atlantis now.

I've just watched Battlestar Galactica Season 1 (but not the miniseries, since I didn't know it existed, damn it) and am in the process of watching Carnivale.

Like.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Sure. You need to use standard html tags.

How? For standard html, my repertoire is essentially bold, italics, and links, none of which tells me how to keep

things in brackets from disappearing when I try to quote.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

how to put a tag inside of quoted text

Not sure what you mean. Like this?

This is a test.

Test over.

"In the equation E = mc⬧, c⬧ is a pretty big honking number." - Scola

I think she wants the brackets to show up. Yes?

JenP - Apr 17, 2005 11:08:18 am PDT #927 of 10001

So if I quote this...

... am I?

the [is afraid] won't show up, is that right? Yep, that's right. Oh, actually, even just regularly. And it gets stripped, too. I think I knew that. I think I just replace with different brackets, which is not to say that there isn't a more elegant solution.

... am I? [is afraid]

<like this?>

Oh, cool! <plays with new trick>

Thanks, dcp.
