Last night's season 2 ep was really good. I enjoyed it more than I have most of this season's. It was a really simple story, but done very well. The most exciting thing about it though was the preview for next week's episode. Rose! Cybermen! Worlds colliding!

Oh dear. We'll have to agree to disagree, because I thought it was terrible. Mind you, we were due a weak one after the last three very strong eps.
Liked the hints at backstory, though, and am also intrigued by the set-up for the finale .

I didn't think it was terrible, but I didn't think it was really good either. It was decent. A little cheesy with the theme, but that's the show for you. Interesting line about the Doctor's having been a dad, though. And I wonder whether the preview means we'll see Mickey again!
