Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Maybe as a companion to watching Entourage....

Heh, I was going to make a joke about getting James Cameron's movie too. Congrats by the way. Post details when you may.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Congrats, CaBil.

What's Heroes?

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Bryan Fuller describes Heroes as ""x-men done in the style of unbreakable with the structure of magnolia." It's kind of like The 4400 in that it's a more realistic approach to people with superpowers, except it doesn't have the whole time travel thing going on. Cast members of note include Greg Grunberg, Ali Larter, Adrian Pasdar, and Milo Ventimiglia.

Cool. I'll have to check it out. I'm assuming this is a new fall series?

NBC.com weekly exclusives include an original, animated graphic novel that follows new hero adventures.

WTF is an "animated graphic novel", and how is different than a "cartoon"?

Mondays at 9 on NBC. So I guess I can watch it after Prison Break. Because I don't have enough shows to watch already.

Maybe by animated they mean "a slideshow of the pages."

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

My god, bellanut either has a gifted eye or too much time, or possibly both. Lovely work!
