Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

It's potheads like her that make me ashamed to identify as Christian. Ya know, cuz the ultra-cons aren't really that bad.

If I only had a brain...

I grew up in the Midwest, where it is rude and creepy to talk about your religion in public beyond the occasional mentions of Christmas and Easter. I'm trying to overcome that now, and to identify myself when it's appropriate; if the only people who call themselves Christians in public are the far right, that allows them to take over what Christianity means.

However, if I ever ask any of you if you've heard the Good News, please shoot me.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

To be fair, she wasn't talking about her religion in a proselytizing way, although I'm puzzled about why exactly she did mention it. Maybe her particular church regards modeling as a sin?

If I only had a brain...

That's what I'm guessing. Sort of like "A long time before, before I became a Christian, I went dancing."

Art Crawl!!!

I was looking up the Witchblade people to see what they're up to and Eric Etebari and Anthony Cistaro are both in a movie called The Dreamless which is in production.

I think Freddy Quimby should walk out of here a free hotel

Aw, she seems ditzy but harmless. No cause for shame, methinks.

Art Crawl!!!

I am finding it amusing that some of the promos for Mammoth have it as MamMoth. I wonder if it's supposed to mean anything?

I watched my tape of Smallville -- I suppose had I seen the movie "Saw" I would be more disappointed in it. But I've never seen it so I enjoyed the Smallville version. (Is that their thing? Do their own versions of films? Wasn't it just a couple of weeks ago that they did "Flatliners"?)

All is well that ends in pizza.

I wonder where the part about her being a porn star fits in her timeline?

Art Crawl!!!

Is it that pink blonde lady who wished she was Rommie, that you guys are talking about?

BTW, speaking of Canadians -- Lana said something while playing chess (!) with Lex that sounded REALLY Canadian to me. (I can't remember what it was.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yeah, sumi. Hearing she's a ditz doesn't surprise me, but it does disappoint me. I do wish for rocket scientist brains behind the blondeness, or at least coherence. Whichever's simpler to achieve.
