Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Okay -- thanks.
Everyone - tonight's Smallville is Tom Welling's directorial debut.
I think that there should be more scenes between Lex and Chloe.
I also think that they should not be directed by TW.
(In IL Tax News: I broke even! -- I am amazed and relieved.)
(So you got it all worked out? I also almost broke even--ended up owing $1 to the state.)
I think you should send them a roll of pennies.
Believe me, I was tempted! As it was, entering in all my checking account info just so they could take one dollar out of it was enough of a PITA.
Okay, I REALLY have not been paying much attention to Smallville. . . is that CKR guesting as the glass-breaker's daddy?
Supernatural -- creepy pictures. . . shudder.
is that CKR guesting as the glass-breaker's daddy?
Yes.
I really liked the girl. She was a good actress, one of the best guest stars they've had. It took me till the end to realize she looks kind of like Emma Watson.
But Tom Welling has no directorial style to speak of. This looked like any other SV episode.
We've talked about "Mammoth" in here, right? Because, Tom Skerritt, Vincent Ventresca, Summer Glau, an alien possessed mammoth, and the line, "You are one hairy, magnificent bastard," have me thinking I need to watch. Or, at least tape and watch. Also? Being awake at 5:13a is just wrong, wrong, wrong. But mostly - alien possessed mammoth.
