Oh, man, I missed that, because I only recorded "Grace of God". That would have been fantastic.
t hopeful Maybe someone will encode it and put it up somewhere?
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

I sent some friends the updated info about Summer Glau's sci fi movie, "Mammoth" and one of them sent this reply:

BSG has won a Peabody Award!
Hmmmm, serially posting today: Smallville facing a suit for copyright infringement.
It's been on for five years -- and they only noticed in 2004?
they only noticed in 2004?
No, WB held the Superboy copyright until 2004, when it reverted to the original creator's estate; only the eps produced since then are in dispute.
Plus Warner Brothers has been fighting this, well, since forever. Until recently it looked like they had the upper hand.
When the latest copyright extension went through, there was a clause for creators to regain the rights to stuff that had signed away. Siegel's estate made a grab for it, but no one really expected them to succeed. A few other creators made a similar plays and they were either shot down or given an undisclosed sum to go away, which they took probably because MNC have deeper pockets for lawyers than most creators. This is the furtherest any of these lawsuits have gone, and Warner has already launched it's appeals assualt.
Thanks for the extra juicy details, CaBil (and good to post with you -- it's been too long!). I've caught references to the story here and there, but without a lot of background.
I sense a vast disturbance in the Internet -- thousands of IP addresses ahemming and then going silent.
