Visilurking

I just started with BSG, and I'm totally hooked. Damn.

Trust my rage

BSG just grabs you and holds on tight.

Mildly on topic... Bones is the shout-outiest show EVAR.

"I totally had you pegged as a graphic novel nut."
"Why?"
"Star Wars... Star Trek, StarGATE, Battlestar Galactica..."

Plus a Firefly reference in another show... all they need is more math.

Damn, I missed Bones last night.

However, I was at a hockey game and was very amused by the hockey "PSA" ads for not bringing in alchohol and watching out for the puck starring the Chief! And maybe Billy, but I'm not sure because he looked very un-Billy-like.

Then I kept scanning the crowd to see if anyone from BSG or SG was at the game. No luck, which is good, because the game sucked.

Anyway.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Having watched the original BSG, at some point I noticed that Starbuck (played by Dirk Benedict) spent so much time juggling girls, keeping them from finding out about each other, he didn't have time to DO anything with them.

Art Crawl!!!

So, basically they were all part of an elaborate design to cover up his relationship with Apollo?

Am now picturing Richard Hatch and Dirk Benedict in the clinch from last week's ep. Am now really grossed out. Because they're their current ages, and not their prettier 1970s selves.

Ew.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Probably better than what I was picturing, which involved Dirk Benedict and Muffett II....

Bones is the shout-outiest show EVAR.

And apparently Ellis was referenced. Although he seems to think it wasn't meant in a nice way.

I'm waiting for an Angel puppet to show up at a murder scene on Bones. Maybe just have it sitting in the corner of the room without comment, or have someone give it a weird look, look at Boreanaz, and then just shake their head.
