I enjoyed Conchata Ferrell as Head Nurse Thor. She had a country singer husband who was never shown, but he wrote a song for her called "Love Handles."

I remember "Love Handles." I fell in love with Conchata Ferrell on E/R. Not long after that, she did a movie called Heartland that cemented that love forever. If you've never seen it, you should. It's amazing.
Ms. Ferrell was also Nurse Ruthie in "Go Fish."

Um, last Friday's was EP 13 of the season. This season will be 20 episodes. I think new episodes will come every Friday until the season is done.
