'Our Mrs. Reynolds'
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
OK, so somehow Sharon's baby and Laura's survival will be tied together, yeah? Or is that too obvious?
Yeah, how did they managed to end that on such a sweet note? Damn, they're good.

Yes. But I had a feeling it was gonna go that way. Like when Buffy stabbed Faith - Faith didn't die, so they avoided the whole Buffy-is-a-murderer thing....
That was some good stuff.
I'm thinking Lee is going to need some therapy sessions with Baltar.
Also, Laura must not die. I just know they are going to kill her off and make me cry and stuff.

That's what it looks like. Which cool to not kill off Laura, but they'll just rip my heart out with the killing of the Evil!Sprog instead.
I was thinking it would be Laura lives only if baby lives. Or, baby saves Laura, baby lives.
Or, on a fundamental level, forcing her to terminate her pregnancy=wrong. And, hey, bonus - we can save Laura now.
Maybe it'll just be Conflicted!sprog.
Bottom line - SOMEBODY SAVE LAURA!

A little, but... the easy way out wouldn't have had Adama and Cain both decide against the assassination plans. And Cain wouldn't have been at all sympathetic, and Starbuck wouldn't have been bitter afterwards. The tidiest solution is Cain gives the kill order, Fisk refuses, Starbuck arrests Cain righteously, and then Gina solves the problem. Then the good guys and bad guys are very clear.
I mean, I don't think they took the easy way out to avoid moral complications, and that's what would have bothered me. Making use of an escape hatch is balanced out if you pay for it by screwing everyone up. More.
That said, I do kinda need Roslin to die. I love her, but... that's not a good enough reason.

Is so. I pout in your general direction.
Plus, at some point I think they have to give us some Baltar presidential wackiness. And remember, Baltar still has his own nuke.
