Hey, don't worry about it. Nest full of vampires, you come get me, okay. Box full of puppies, that's more of a judgement call.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Just slightly! Was that Dolly Parton's voice?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Wahoooo!

Was anyone else waiting for Daleks or Cybermen to blow up the White House on that announcement page?

I'd be happy with a graphic of a Dalek confronting Bush/Cheney and intoning, "EXTERMINATE!"

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

In Oz, the external design is by Magnavox but the guts are all Philips.

(and boy does he miss them! badabing!)

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Aren't Philips and Magnavox the same comapny? I have "Philips Magnavox" filed somewhere in the mental archives.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

"My character's a lot harder, though," Sackhoff said in an interview Jan. 12 at the Television Critics Association winter press tour in Pasadena, Calif. "She's got blue hair and a scar down her face, and she's covered in tattoos, and she's pretty much just a renegade. Like, she's really bad. She's got knives like hidden all over her body. Yeah, so I'm excited."

Um... yeah... maybe I should... um... check that out.... yeah.

The Last Sentinel, directed by Jesse Johnson, is set in a dystopian future in which drone soldiers have taken over the world. Sackhoff's character, called simply "Girl," is a member of a resistance cell. "There's the [drones] that they ... brought in as a police force, and they ended up taking over the world," Sackhoff said. "So it's, like I said, very similar to Battlestar Galactica. But ... you know, we'll see. She's one of the resistance fighters. I basically just get beat up the whole movie. I get beat up, and I get to have some sex. So, I'm good. Very similar, like I said, it's so similar to Galactica, it's disgusting."

Yeah, gotta chech that out.

Also, I love her sense of humor about the whole thing.

I was recently thinking that I didn't find the actor all that attractive, but now I love Starbuck and some of my Starbuck love has transfered to Katee, so now I find her hot.

I was just telling a co-worker who I know is a genre fan about the return of Doctor Who, and another co-worker (a very cool older lady) was standing nearby and blurted out an "All right!" over the news. I had no clue she was into genre TV, but she said that she now has to find her old Tardis that she has in storage somewhere.
