Kaylee: Can I? Zoe: Sure. He's out, though. Kaylee: He did this for me, once.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

We shall be watching The Christmas Invasion with breakfast.

I didn't get a preview with my ahem!!!

Short recap, whitefonted:

K9! Cybermen! Sarah Jane Smith! Weird cat-faced aliens! ASH hissing like a snake! And more - must rewatch.

All is well that ends in pizza.

We shall be watching The Christmas Invasion with breakfast.

And so we did.

Mondo cool and referential.

Doctor v10.0 seems equal parts Arthur Dent, Luke Skywalker, and Ninth Doctor.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Very much so, Andi.

Especially with the dressing gown, the tea solution, and the reference below...

Christmas Invasion dialogue nugget:

" Very Arthur Dent. Now there was a nice man. "

Absolutely my favourite line too, DC.

I was pretty sure I was going to love David Tennant, and I do.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Unsurprisingly, my favourite line was "No second chances. I'm that sort of a man." I can love #10, but he's still no #9, and I'll be surprised if there's room in my heart for me to love two doctors the way I love Eccleston's.

S'ok, ita. Davidson's still MY Doctor, no matter how stunning Eccleston or Tennant may be.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

To a degree, Baker's My Doctor, but not to the degree of nakedness and wanting to run around the continuum with him.

I think it's a puberty thing.

If I only had a brain...

Methos is the oldest immortal. I don't think they ever called him the first.

Was he even the oldest for sure? I mean, he's the oldest known one, but there may be somebody even sneakier and better at flying under the radar. Or, y'know, shipwrecked in the Marianas Trench and slowly walking home in between drownings.
