I loved the psychic. I missed the twist at the end -- was the burning spirit of their mother keeping the poltergeist away?
And their dad was in town the ENTIRE time?

She cancelled herself out with the poltergeist, so she's gone now, forever.
What house did the psychic go into? Just some random house in town?
I'm glad they brought him in -- so it doesn't turn into an aimless search that doesn't progress.
I thought it was the psychic's house - but I was on the phone at the time.
Huh. Peter David is reporting they're planning on doing an Aquaman Smallville spin-off, but they're recasting Aquaman. Does is it even qualify as a spin-off at that point, considering the character only made one appearance?
I'm fine with the re-casting, as the guy they had bugged me.
Okay, I think that having an Aquaman spin-off is funny.
Also, I finished watching Doctor Who last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. I must say that I was strongly reminded of both "Primeval" and "Hero" by certain elements of the final episode and feel pretty sure that I know some of the writers' viewing habits. I did think that the bad wolf element kind of came in very last minute and felt kind of incomplete but perhaps I need to re-watch and decide whether it feels less added on when watching with full knowledge.
The explanation might have felt last minute, but the seeds were sown in every episode, IIRC.
Wouldn't an Aquaman splash-off be more thematically correct?
Yeah, ita's right about that element: by the start of the PotW (actually, the one before, I just can't remember), I had it figured out that they were somehow doing that themselves.
The explanation might have felt last minute, but the seeds were sown in every episode, IIRC.
What ita said. It showed up in "Rose" and started getting more air time as it went along.
Windsparrow and i recently rewatched the whole season and found lots of continuity.
As to the other comments, the writers have openly stated that they got a lot of inspiration from watching BVS.
Ha. Xpost.
