This money, it is too much. You should have some small refund.

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Well, the crew isn't really going anywhere at this point. They're rather like Serenity, only without a captian or particular contacts on planets (so, nsm with the "jobs"). IMO, they'd be well-served to get Rygel to Hyneria, but, well, I never liked him much. The thing is, there's absolutely no destination they can safely be planning on going to. Does that make sense?

So, it's not really until something other than "Run from Crais and the Peacekeepers" that anyone's going anywhere in particular.

White Chick is, in my head, the most egregious example of Alien Talk Overachievement. So, it's as bad as it gets, as far as I remember.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

All the better to get him to Hyneria, so they can get him off the damn ship!

It does. It just makes things feel...floundering and directionless. Which I suppose is the point. At least with Serenity, they had jobs and whatnot. Here, it's like they just randomly encounter adventures for no particular reason.

Except for the bit where they'd likely all be killed

Here, it's like they just randomly encounter adventures for no particular reason.

My semi-wank is that we just get to see the interesting bits, and not the weeks or months of boredom in between. I always kinda wondered what they did when they weren't all about to die.

Seems reasonable, considering each episode starts with some sort of catastrophe with no lead-up at all. A planet's exploding! D'Argo's raging! Hello, viewer!

If I only had a brain...

I always kinda wondered what they did when they weren't all about to die.

Sex. Lots and lots of sex.

More likely bickering.

You know, there are many times where, based on character behaviour, I can totally buy it...

More likely bickering.

But that's got to get boring eventually, right? I mean, after a while, they'd wander away.

Apart from the obvious, what is it that John does in his bunk?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Sex. Lots and lots of sex.

More likely bickering.

These are not mutually exclusive things.

How did D'Argo get so much tail? I'm still wondering about that one.

I was thinking more Hung Like a Moose, but I guess that works, too.
