I thought he might be joking there, actually. I liked the cameo by Mrs. Bamber (she was the medic who had to cut Adama open to stop the bleeding in the season 2 opener, if I recall correctly) and wouldn't mind seeing her again.

It can be a bit icky even for a professional actress. Ben Browder has joked about the time his wife came to the set and he was shooting one of the "Look At The Princess" episodes in which he was kissing every woman in sight.

With Claudia Black being one of those women, and the crew having to remove flammable objects from the set to avoid ignition by their chemistry, I can see how Francesca Bueller might have a bit of trouble maintaining an objective remove in the situation...
