A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

If I only had a brain...

Yup, I'm all about the angst of the original team getting stuck in the land without plumbing for the rest of their lives because they were stupid enough to listen to Daniel.

Maybe they begat a new race. Maybe Sam C is Sam A's great-great-...-granddaughter from lots of nookie with Jack A.

Well, no, they died within a couple of years. In the rebellion they helped start. Only Daniel survived to meet the Dorkverse folks when they showed up. And Sam was pretty uptight about not frelling with the timeline, so there wouldn't have been any breeding.

Someone wrote a good story about the butterfly effect of the changes caused by the original team, though. I forget who, and when, but it was neat.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Farscape has its problems, and it misses some opportunities, but when it worked -- oh, my. Hit the ball out of the park.

Yeah, what I've heard is when it was good, it was really, really good, and when it was bad, it was horrid.

Depends who you ask. There were some bad episodes, no question. One of them would be in the first season. Horrid? t shrugs They wouldn't make me leave the room or anything. And the Starburst edition commentary on Jeremiah Crichton is worth suffering through the episode anyway. "When good television goes bad!"

Thrive to spite them

On the front corner of the paper was a blurb and picture of the hot toys for this Christmas and the picture was of a Dalek! But there wasn't any information about Daleks in the article.

"Either it's murder, or this library has a very strict overdue policy."

A Dalek-toy? I'd want one but I suspect that it will exterminate all the other toys.

Thrive to spite them

All I saw was a picture of hands holding a Dalek. I want one. I have a TARDIS coin back.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I made a Dalek at work the other day.

Okay so it was made out of a rubber thumb and paper clips....

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Liked Smallville better this week than last, though the random badguys from Belle Reve coming after Clark was pretty goofy. I spent half the episode trying to figure out if we'd actually seen them before. The whole thing at the end with Lex being behind made some retroactive sense, but wasn't very satisfying. With how fast and loose this show plays I was expecting it to be just as non-sensical as it appeared.

Also, I was kind of distracted by Chloe's shirt, what there was of it. It was a very Willow "Well, look at those" kind of thing.

Dude. I can't wait to watch the episode now.

I mean, I can, obviously, because it's only Smallville. But yay.
