'Why We Fight'
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Would you still have fluffers? Or would they be called 'fuzzers'? Or 'felters'?
You fluff pillows, so I assume the term would still apply.
You fluff pillows,
Maybe you fluff pillows, but I'd thank you not to project your weird bedroom behaviours onto the rest of us, thanks.
I watched the Farscape premiere. The first five minutes or so were really bad. But then there were spaceships and aliens, so that was better. Even though I couldn't understand what the hell was going on half the time. It ended up being all right. I liked that he used his slingshot theory at the end. I know I'm not to expect greatness for many episodes yet, so I will sit tight.
I like the blue chick (whose name is apparently Zhaan), and I hate Liono (whose name is apparently D'argo). He's too I AM A MIGHTY WARRIOR OMG. I like Pilot, and Rygel is eh but has the potential to be good. Aeryn has a nice voice. I never knew about the thing being a prison ship and Aeryn being a Peacekeeper and all that. Sets up an interesting dynamic.
Second episode this Saturday.
PC, it gets better and better, I promise.
I believe you. It gets the pilot pass, for sure.
When was this made? Holy crap, 1999? It looks a lot older than that.
Oh, and I hate the music! Gah. Bear McCreary has spoiled me.
The music also gets better. But, I actually liked the original theme.
97, actually, I think
Really? IMDb says 1999-2003.
Which is, whoa, my time at Rice!
Yeah, but there was... eh, never mind.
IMDB is not to be relied upon. But, you know, I've been wrong before.
