arby, have you tried wraithbait.com? I know I saw at least one or two recently, and if it wasn't at Area 52, it was probably there.

Thank you Dana, it's under Crossovers.

Arby, I know some people are writing Jack/Shep for Pegasus B, the AU crossover community that Salieri started. [link]

You'd do best to start with Salieri's Pilot, and then find Orca_Girl's Story Guide [link] and go on from there. It's a potentially endless series of alternative stories spun off the concept that Jack went to Atlantis in place of Sumner, and Daniel, who never met Catherine Langford or went to Abydos, was recruited to go to Atlantis by Rodney McKay in 2004. As a result, people are writing J/D, McKay/Daniel, Shep/McKay/D, J/Shep...

A propos of some recent Stargate SG-1 discussion, I have committed fic. Gen, spoilers only through Moebius Part 1. What was life like for SG-1, trapped in First Dynasty Egypt?

Brilliant. (Haven't read yours - yet - I mean the whole concept of Pegasus B.) I was totally thinking that same thing last night! OMG I am jenious and totally sycic. Also, I stayed up way too late committing my own fic, which is so not done yet, in which Sheppard explains the concept of fuck buddies to Teyla, and McKay overhears them and is sad, yet strangely aroused. (Heee.)

"My drink preference does not indicate my sexual preference. "

Consuela, read it, and LOVED it. Both of them. Everything seemed right, you know? The words felt right. I'm not sure what else i can say.

Thank you, Almare, that's very kind. Glad you enjoyed it. I'm a little surprised not to see more post-Moebius fic popping up, although I may be looking in the wrong places.

Or it all happened back when the torrents hit.

I had a dream last night/this morning that I was at a con with...crap, what's his name...David Hewlett, and I explained to him that I liked Atlantis better than SG-1 or BSG, and he thanked me.

Dream!Hewlett was cute.

Dream!Hewlett was cute.

People think he's sexy. I think he's entertaining but not particularly attractive. ::shrugs:: Not my beautiful cake.

And good point about the torrents -- but how will I FIND it, then? ::sighs::

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I think the actor would do pretty well for me, though his Atlantis character's arrogance and petulance would kill the deal.
