What happens to all the people transferred to the Pegasus crew once Pegasus and Galactica are out to get each other?

For the first time, I just don't think I can rewatch this one right away. Just so intense and disturbing (there's that word again). I think the ep did its job, but, damn. Draining is right, Laura.

My impression was that he had been "enlisted" at gunpoint and it was another indication of how things were on the Pegasus. For example, the Pegasus may have stripped a civilian vessel of what it needed, then abandoned it.
