I saw Amy, too.
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Sorry, the Supernatural pilot was recapped as a one-off because of the fundraiser for Donors Choose. It's here.
he throws out ridiculously snarky lines with such a gleeful, nonchalant and unfazed air.Yeah, that's totally it. He looks like he's embracing the toolishness of the character, which makes him a lot more entertaining to watch.
That was Amy Acker, and if she says anything about the attractive men rescuing her from the supernatural beasts, I think my head will explode.
Bwah ha ha, I'd love to see them try to go there! Oh, too funny.
PS thanks for the link!
If you go to the SciFi website, they have little documentaries on BSG (the ones from last season are also on the new DVDs). I just watched a documentary on the Pegasus and the Blackbird (the ships). Not really spoilery. One interesting thing - it would have been way beyond their budget to constuct a bunch of sets for the Pegasus, considering that they'd only be used for one or a few episodes. What happened is that about a year ago they purchased (for very cheap) the sets that were built for the Fox pilot for a Lost in Space show, which was cancelled. Then they modified those sets to get the Pegasus, which I don't think is a spoiler to say that the Pegasus interior looks like the Galactica, except more modern (given that the Galactica was much older than the other battlestars of the fleet).
On the online docu they still had a ways to go, so it's hard to tell what it's gonna look like for the episode when it shows.
eta for possible spoiler....
[potential spoiler omitted]
This is a spoiler, I think.
More of a guess. Based on what they did for the TOS. But I'll whitefont to be safe.
Did anyone see the Smallville promo during Supernatural?
I am VERY intrigued that Lex was able to punch Clark in the mouth and draw blood -- any theories? Perhaps Lex is moisturizing with handcreme made with meteor rock?
ooo, I can fanwank that! Lex's punch made Clark's lip cut against Clark's own teeth, and Superman is able to hurt himself.
Actually, I'm just assuming that Superman is able to hurt himself, but it seems logical.
Maybe he's started to wear his kryptonite ring?
i'm pretty sure Leoben was in an episode of Supernatural last night. it's not listed on imdb though.
