'Serenity'

Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And sci fi fri was chockful of Serenity ads.

Dude. Was there one during BSG? Because I fucking missed it, then. Gaaaaah.

Oh, and I don't think Sharon is gonna be invited to any more Cylon parties.

Someone on TWoP posited that the Cylons deliberately sacrificed the Convoy of Death to win Adama's trust in Sharon.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

That Apollo/Dee scene was disconcertingly hot.

Oh, and Strega noticed several episodes back that Dee totally checked out Apollo's butt when he wasn't looking.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, there was one right after it.

Or was that more attached to SG1?

Yeah, that's plausible.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Oh, and Strega noticed several episodes back that Dee totally checked out Apollo's butt when he wasn't looking.

Of course she would. She's breathing, isn't she?

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

they played, like, four previews during the SG1 double part finale.

Ever fired your gun in the air and yelled, 'Aaaaaaah?'

I've mentioned that the Chief is totally my boyfriend, right?

All right. You can have the Chief but Gaeta's mine.

Loved Gaeta losing his cool. The Dualla/Apollo scene was very hot. The Viper being named Laura made me misty. Apollo, Starbuck, and Hot Dog kicking cylon ass was beautiful.

I'm all verklempt.

That Apollo/Dee scene was disconcertingly hot. And it was very purposefully eroticized, so methinks there is some kind of plan there.

Yeah, and it totally worked for me. Which was unexpected, because it had just not occurred to me before, but... yeah, that could be fun.

Kara/Lee shippers are going to throw a fit.

Hee. It's probably wrong of me to laugh, but ship fits always make for such entertainment.

I've mentioned that the Chief is totally my boyfriend, right?

At least weekly, which is good, because that'd be the kind of think I'm likely to block outforget.

I'd vote Fiber-Optic!Sharon, but it takes too long to type. FOp!Sharon. (It's more fun to sound it out with the "p" there.)

Oh, and "godsdamn"? Hilarious!

Art Crawl!!!

FOp!Sharon -- that's perfect.

Absolutely plausible. After all, they all seem to have an interest in her baby, so I doubt they'd have wanted to destroy her along with the fleet, right? They've got loads of wiggle room to go any number of directions with it. Love this show.
