A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
It isn't as if Vala's seductress act is working well on the guys, either.
It's not working to the extent that she would like, but tell me with a straight face that Cameron or Gen. Baker Boy would have tolerated for a lengthy period the presence of a male alien that caused that much trouble and kept popping back up to flirt with Sam or Lexa's character amid the troublemaking.
How early did she put the bracelets on? I think that's the only pretext keeping her there.
You have a point there, although I still don't think they would have extended nearly the freedom of movement or action to a guy as they did to Vala. On their missions to Glastonbury and in the latest ep, they were pretty much already treating her like one of the team, albeit a team member that annoyed everyone.
She put the bracelets on very early indeed.
And yes, even Daniel appears to have forgotten that she broke out of the brig on the Daedalus and incapacitated an entire security team -- without a weapon -- before making her escape. She's far from helpless, physically, despite the Xander-Harmony slapfight with Daniel.
Leaving aside the meta of everybody-loves-Claudia, why did she come there? What was her goal in seeking out SG-1?
The character? Money, supposedly; she wanted to force Daniel to help her find this treasure (the thing they went hunting for in Glastonbury).
Did we get any resolution to the trip to Glastonbury? My memory sucks nowadays. I thought they trapdoored in, almost died, trapdoored out, no net change.
Found the book, which somehow led to the whole thing with the Ancient doohickey. Something about the history of the Ancients? I tune out anything involving Ancient chronology, because it just makes me more confused.
And they found the communicator-thing that looks like an atomizer that they put the stones in and later tossed through the Stargate.
