I've tried to march in the Slayer Pride Parade ...

Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"

A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.

Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.

This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Nah, I totally agree that she's hotter in BDUs than in that whole S&M get-up. I thought the mini-skirt was hot, too, but hey, this is Claudia Black. It's tough to make her look less than scorching. Like that patterned '70's skintight two-piece thing in ... err, was is "Kansas"? Whichever ep it was when the Moya gangs goes to the earth. It was ridiculous and she should not have looked as good as she did in it, but wow. Hubba-hubba indeed.

I liked those.

We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one. For as much as I am very, very not into fashion, patterned tights are one of my buttons. Like socks and sandals, espadrilles (and I know they're in this season) and wearing denim jackets with jeans.

If I only had a brain...

Ponchos. Don't forget ponchos.

Ponchos. Don't forget ponchos.

How could I? Ick. Ick ick ick. That bandwagon lasted for all of about six months.

I'm all up for breakfast. And I think Minnow's actually registered here, even if she never posts. Barkley finally admitted to lurking a few weeks ago, which I should have guessed, for the snark. Actually, lots of people I know are lurkers, and I wish they'd just post, already.

Oh, speaking of lurkers, best. icon. post. ever: [link] Icons for wildlife, BSG, VM, Eddie Izzard, and DW, among others. Utterly brilliant.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Gorgeous pics, from SG1 and Lost both. Daniel Dae Kim - such a hottie. Mmm. (And I agree about the relative hottitude of the cited outfits too, actually. Not that I've seen any of the season in question, but I've seen plenty of links to pics of CB.)

Bless Tiggy. I now have the whole of VM. Yay! (Sorry, Dana, I hope I didn't spoil you too much alreayd - d'you want me to go back and whitefont any of my comments for other people who may be in your boat?)

I like ponchos. Well, not all of them, 'cause I've not met all of them, but I have a black crumply musliny one that is very handy for disguising cleavagy slutbomb tops and preserving a modicum of decency. Although 'poncho' implies a degree of sturdiness and warmth that this garment and its kin rather lack, but since we're talking about a square of fabric with a hole in the middle, poncho it is.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

I wouldn't bet on it. You just know some of the deceased packed like Thurston and Lovey Howell, and happened to have clothes in a range of sizes that will fit everyone from Aaron to Hurley.

well, they do have all of that luggage from the plane.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

No, I'm good. I skimmed and mentally went "la la la."

That icon post of infinite_monkeys' overwhelmed me. I couldn't pick. That happens a lot with her icon posts, actually.

So beautiful, though. I wish I could do that. But then I'd have to learn how, and it's not like I don't have enough to do already.

ETA: she's one of the people I think would make a fantastic vidder, because she's so into music and has such fabulous visual and narrative sense. But so far as I know, she hasn't yet tried.

Overwhelmed in a good way, of course.
