I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

So, Lost premiers here tomorrow. I should watch, is what you're saying?

I think so. There's quite the smorgasboard of pretty to chose from. Hot folks on a hot island. And I'm thinking if the show continues for a few more seasons the clothes will have to get more and more ragged and skimpy. For, you know, realism. Lost is famous for that.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

For the sake of those of us who plan to catch up on Veronica Mars once the DVDs come out, could we whitefont any really spoily bits that might otherwise ruin the show if I happen to catch them out of the corner of my eye while scrolling past?

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Also, some of us are playing along with the home game, i.e. catching the weekly reruns of VM in sequence, so as not to OD on the fabulousness and to spread the goodness out.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Lost is a fun, beautifully-made show, with terrific actors. Several of its episodes this past year were outstanding and I like it a lot, although I share tiggy's frustration with the lack of answers. It's totally worth watching though. I mean, the pretty alone...!

It's too damn bad that they've pitted it against Veronica Mars next season, the only show Lost comes second to on my TiVo season pass. Bah.

Will do!

I can't wait for you to watch the show, Dana, because Logan? Is *so* your boy. You're gonna love him, in all his broken glory.

ETA: by the way, have I mentioned that I'm bringing my laptop to Vividcon, along with my hard drive with the entire first seasons of DL'd Veronica Mars and Doctor Who?

I do believe in killing the messenger, you know why? Because it sends a message. ~ Damon Salvatore

oooh, yes! this show is a million times better unspoiled. i don't understand people who want to be spoiled for a mystery show.

Heh. No particular plans yet. Room party at your & shrift's place like last year? There will be alcohol, I presume.

I may be helping with setup at some point, and I don't know when shrift is getting in, but I definitely think we should plan on meeting up. When are you guys getting in?

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

I land pretty late--9 PM ish at O'Hare. By the time I get to the hotel and check in, unpack etc., it may be close to 10 PM-ish before I can get to unwind. You'll probably be done with the setup help by then, no?

BTW, I still don't have anything sparkly to wear for Club Vivid. Woe. Bah, I hate shopping for clothes. I can just pour some glitter on my black T-shirt, no?
