I kept wanting to sing "All of Me" while watching this week's ep of Atlantis...

Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Maybe she wasn't used to moving the mass of a man's body, and was overcompensating.
Ok, I admit it, I went to a very porny place when I read this.
Yes, I also was singing "All of Me" in deference to the movie.
Did everybody notice the picture of McKay's cat on his bedside table?
I did!
I just watched Duet. I loved it. It was very funny, I liked the actress who played Cadmen. DH was great doing both parts. Zelenka was great, esp when he lost his temper with Rodney and told him.
It's weird to see the civilian clothes and all their stuff, after it being rather spartan. But Carson looks really good in a stripey shirt.
Darn. Want to see that episode, damn it!
Most of the time, when I've seen men playing women, they've tended to overdo it. The one shining exception was Conleth Hill's performance in the play Stones in His Pockets, a two-hander in which each actor plays about 8 different roles, including at least one female. He was outstanding. Mostly, though, I can't think of guys who have been all that persuasive. Ooh, outwith Jaye Davidson, of course.
I'm flinching a little at the prospect of seeing how Hewlett pulled it off. Er. As it were. Still, boy/boy snoggage - always fun.
He only overdid slightly -- it really wasn't too bad.
Also, why do people only have pets on Earth?
Klingons have pets! I think.
Meanwhile - Veronica Mars. Have watched 2 episodes to date. This seems to be a DAMN fine show, which is why I'm savouring it, and working my way through it more slowly than SGA and House. Loving it.
I'm glad you like it!
I love it too.
Fay, the nice thing about Veronica Mars is that it never veers to the stupid and the arc was well managed and it finishes very strong. There are a couple "eh" episodes but no real "Feh!" episodes.
Klingons have pets! I think.
They do. Really ugly pets.
