A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.

::peeking through my hands so as not to spoil myself for BSG::
I plan on watching the whole first season and catch up on season two asap.
Teal'c is the new D'Argo.
that is so what i was coming here to say...
I adored the meta in this ep if only because we're just setting up the new team. as the season wears on, i'm hoping they won't rely so heavily on it. though this is SG1...
I have a feeling the meta will be drastically reduced going forward. I just think, I mean, they sort of had to do it a bit in the first ep. I'd have found it odd if they hadn't, and I doubt I could've resisted if I'd been a writer. I also found it all funny. If it were to keep up at that pace in the next eps, though, that'd be too much.
Hi Suela! Are you being happy?
Greensilver did a very funny photoessay/summary of the SG-1 episode this week:

I am home. So less happy. Must go fetch dog.
Claudia is nanometers from popping out there.
t stares angriily at costume designers
I've watche dpart of Prometheus Unbound. Novak is hysterical, I hope she gets a nice role on SGA.
Claudia Black is hot, but that reeally goes without saying.
Betsy, if it makes you feel any better,
the costuming does change.
Not all for the better, though. Katie knows whereof I speak.
Anubis' Jaffa is the Chief mechanic on BSG.
OK, I think I'm seeing the guy who plays Tryol on BSG in an SG-1 ep. Maybe. Off to check imdb...
