I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

There is always room for David Hewlett squee.

If I only had a brain...

Can I have a side of Jeremy Northam squee? I have been listening to him sing on the Gosford Park soundtrack and he is lovely. Beautiful crisp delivery.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Which Stargate is he on again?

Stargate: The British Hotties. His co-stars include Alan Rickman and Hugh Laurie.

The only problem with the show is that women keep streaming in through the Gate, and none of them ever leave.

Jeremy Northam for Bond! Only if Clive Owen keeps saying no though.

Y'all are so funny.

I think the scifi shows practice conservation of apostrophes. Well, no, it's more like a monopolization of apostrophes. Cause, see, the Noble Alien Warriors like Worf and Teal'c and Teyla aren't allowed to use contractions, ever. And that saves up enough apostrophes for the Earthers to use in their slang and their stupidass spelling of alien names.

Because I'm sure Teal'c doesn't spell his name with an apostrophe.

Is the SciFi special tonight the same one they aired last year? Must be different, I assume.

I like Hewlett fine, but nothing will ever surpass my, err, appreciation for Ben Browder. Fr'instance, I don't ever want to see Rodney McKay in leather pants...

...huh. Anyone else finding that thought disturbingly hot?

Nope, I'm really not. Not even after reading as much McKay/Sheppard slash as I have.

Well, no, I figured you were out of the running.

Hewlett's done a lot of crap movies, right? Surely there were leather pants in one of them.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I seem to recall him running around in his underwear in Joe's Wedding. Of course, since D.W. Moffett was running around out of his underwear, I might not have been paying too much attention to Hewlett.
